A electrical transmission tower, also named electricity pylon is a tall structure, usually a steel lattice tower or monopole, used to support an overhead power line. They are used in high-voltage AC and DC systems, and come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Typical height ranges from 15 to 55 meters (49 to 180 ft), though the tallest are the 370 m towers or even higher as per client requirement. In addition to steel, other materials may be used, including concrete and wood. In an electric power transmission line, some tower structure like character “T,” and make total over head transmission line tower like a "T" shape. Here we named these towers as T-type transmission towers.
MEGATRO is the professional manufacturer for T-type transmission towers with more than ten years experiences. Our design engineer from China, India and Egypt, who can design every type of power transmission line or other type tower& mast, all our welder worker are certified, and company certified by ISO9000, 14000 and 18000 management system.
MEGATRO can optimized design and make tower less weight, high strength, proper span distance, good wind resistance, and economy in the use of materials. We offer comprehensive solutions to match the special requirements of each organization, aiming for absolute customer satisfaction. All our T-type suspension towers are marked by quality construction and superior strength, and are suitable for a wide range of demanding applications in power transmission infrastructure.
MEGATRO is equipped with sophisticated machinery and equipment for the manufacture of T-type suspension towers, and offers a variety of designs to meet client specific. Our T-type suspension tower is fabricated by angle steel bar or solid steel pipe with angle or bracing members, which provides great strength, low weight and wind resistance, and economy in the use of materials. After fabrication all T-type suspension towers, are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.

Suspension Angle Towers
·Suspension angle towers are built when it is necessary for the route of the electrical current to turn. These angle towers are usually designed so that the axis of the cross-arm bisects the angle of the conductors. This is the most efficient way to use the tower.

This tower is designed for voltages ranging from 230 to 735 kV. It's used mainly for power lines leaving the La Grande and Manic-Outardes hydroelectric complexes. The guyed-V tower is more economical than the double-circuit and waist-type towers.
